Death Note is an anime that just about anyone can love. Its the story of Light Yanagami a bored genius. He comes upon a "Death Note" Dropped by the bored shinigami Ryuk. So Light becomes "Kira" the savior of the free word. He wishes to create a crime free utopia. Then comes my favorite character L also known as Ryuuzaki. L wants to defeat Kira but L is having trouble. Kira keeps getting copy cats like Misa Aname and others making it harder for L. Thats all I can say without a major spoiler
